e-NACH Terms and Conditions

  • One time mandate registration charges will be applicable at your bank as per the latest schedule of charges. The charges are dependent on your respective bank.

  • Registration of this mandate will authorise the user entity/corporate to debit the account based on the instructions provided.

  • You are authorised to cancel/amend this mandate at any given point of time by appropriate communication/amendment request to the bank.

  • It will be the sole responsibility of the account holder to inform in writing of any change or withdrawal of the standing instruction facility thus availed. Such change or withdrawal will take 30 days to be effective upon receipt of the request. Failure of the account holder to do the same and subsequent debits if any towards payments will constitute valid transactions and the account holder will be liable to pay the same.

  • If Auto debit fails due to insufficient balance in your bank account , then the Bank may levy a penalty for the same.
